We utilize trusted shipping carriers to ensure your orders are delivered safely and efficiently. The available shipping methods may vary depending on the delivery address, product type, and other factors. During the checkout process, you will be presented with the available shipping options and their respective delivery timeframes.

We also offer in-store pickup and free local delivery for orders valued at $1,500.00 or more.

A signature from an adult is required for items over $500.

Free Shipping (Excluding Bikes)

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $49.99, except for select bikes. This offer is available for deliveries within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, any U.S. Territories, or internationally. Certain products or promotional offers may be excluded from this free shipping policy, and any exclusions will be clearly mentioned on the product page.

Shipping for orders less than $49.99 is $4.99. Estimated taxes will be applied at checkout.

Bike Shipping

All bike orders will incur a flat shipping fee of $60. Kids/Youth bikes are subject to a flat shipping fee of $25. This fee applies regardless of the order total or shipping location. Certain exclusions may apply for specific bike models or promotions, which will be clearly communicated on the product page or during the checkout process.

Order Processing Time

We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Typically, orders are processed within 1-2 business days after placement. However, please note that bike orders require additional time for preparation and packaging, usually within 3-5 business days. We appreciate your patience as we ensure your bike is packaged securely for safe transportation.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number and a link to track the progress of your shipment. You can use this information to stay updated on the delivery status of your order. Please note that tracking information may take some time to become available after the order is shipped.

Shipping Restrictions

Alternative shipping options may be available, or we may need to cancel or modify your order. Items like batteries and car racks may be subject to ground shipping only.

International Shipping

At this time, we only offer shipping within the contiguous United States. We do not provide international shipping options. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
